Psychotherapy
A conversation with imagination about what remains unspoken, unheard, and overlooked. About the child we struggle to understand, the adult whose experience we cannot quite grasp, and the person within their time.

Imagination has its own curious ways of protecting us or bringing us closer to the mind’s uncertainties. Listening to our own strangeness and discovering what feels different within us is also a way of honouring the right to lead our lives in the direction we choose. Psychotherapy is an attempt to look at ourselves through the pain we have experienced, through guilt, shame, fear, dependency, loneliness, loss of meaning, and changes in relationships. To reflect, and to discover how - and whether - to speak. To glimpse a horizon beyond appearances, and to carry on.

On the psychodramatic stage, through posture, gesture, word, and action, the unthinkable becomes tangible and finds expression. Working in a group opens up different perspectives through shared human experience and invites reflection and change in the ways we think, experience, and act.
